Nearly two decades of work centered in equity, inclusion and justice with expertise in progressive, movement-centered, social justice focused organizations.

I specialize in small organizations, startups (first 8 years), and scaleups. Most of my clients are mission centered, values aligned individuals and organizations who are doing good in the world beyond a profit.

I enjoy working with individuals too! I have supported people at every stage of life through transition, including Founders leaving their role as ED/CEO and identifying their highest vision for themselves, career changers securing their dream job, women releasing relationships that no longer serve them and welcoming those that do and more
