I’m glad you’re here! For over 15 years, I’ve worked with dozens of organizations around the world and have seen the same things. Leaders put off intentional focus in HR and Operations until they’ve grown so fast or so big that things are breaking; people issues are piling up along with liability because HR procedures were never implemented properly; the day-to-day operations are not in line with the stated value system, and staff are disillusioned, trust and morale are low, and the environment is no longer fun to work in.
